I’m Melynn and I’ve had the honor of guiding girls through Step UP since 2014. That’s 200 girls and growing stronger every year!

We have continued to update the curriculum to stay current with the many aspects of female bullying, and also developed a companion boy’s program.

It’s a privilege to expand this program to help young kids build confidence, empathy, and additional knowledge about how to safely step up to difficult situations and bad behavior. In the end, learning how to handle conflict is a lifelong skill!
